Where did you hear about this forum? someone from school
Do you have any other characters on here? no
What is the secret word?
Nessie

Name:[/b] (first and last) Chelsea Volturi
Age: (If vampire or werewolf, appearance age, then actual) Appears 25, is really 230
Gender: female
Power: (this is for VAMPIRES only and note you do not NEED a power) Affects the emotional bonds between people; can make someone feel less loyal to their coven (unless they're married or VERY close), make them love or feel attached to someone else. Basically can strengthen or loosen emotional ties. It generally works best on vampires because vampires don't have strong emotional ties or love much.
Affiliation: (Human, werewolf, Vegetarian vampire, nomadic vampire, Volturi) Volturi
Appearance: (eye color, hair color, height, body structure, face shape. 2 paragraphs, 5-6 sentences each)

Obviously as a vampire, she's extremely beautiful with pale, ice-cold skin that sparkles in the sun, etc. Her eyes are deeply set in her face, and, being Volturi, bright crimson. Her lashes are a little longer than normal, has slightly thick and dark eyebrows. (She can raise one at a time). Her skin's smooth, though, not powdery like Aro's or Caius's. Chelsea's hair is slightly wavy and dark red, shoulder-length. She smiles a lot, but her lips are always a different shade of red. (She likes to experiment with lipstick.) Her face is slightly squared off with a stubborn chin and high cheekbones.

She's about five feet six inches and normally likes to walk with her head high and eyes up, wearing high heels. It makes her legs and arms look even longer than they really are. She's not slender enough to be skinny but definitely not plump, either. Overall she looks like a model. She doesn't have as many crescent-shaped vampire bite scars as Jasper, but more than normal. One is right on the back of her neck.

Personality: (likes, dislikes, pet peeves, strengths, weaknesses, good qualities, flaws, 2 paragraphs, 5-6 sentences each)

Chelsea's quite the people person for a Volturi. She's interested in the way humans and vampires interact in their friendships and marriages, because of course her power means that she can study and affect the way those work. Her morals are sort of mixed up because she's caught between loyalty towards the Volturi and fascination with people, relationships, love, etc. She has a playful side; sometimes she'll watch a boyfriend and girlfriend and mess with their feelings and relationship. This is both a strength and weakness; the strength is obviously that she can make a person love her or feel attached to her. The weak part is that her power really only works on vampires or single people, because it only affects those who don't have strong emotional ties. She's also so interested in people that she can get distracted sometimes, or take her playfulness too far.

Chelsea is very free compared to most Volturi, because Aro and Caius are terrified of losing her. Chelsea of course isn't particularly emotionally bonded towards them, so she feels however she wants to about them. She could leave them if she wanted to and even take a lot of their fighers away from them by changing loyalties.

She likes stalking human couples and/or vampires and testing her ability on their emotions. Unfortunately if she's not quick on the uptake this can get the vampires mad at her and they'll attack her, especially if her ability doesn't work on them. Chelsea likes fashion and plays with her hair, nail polish, clothes, shoes, etc. She wears platform heels a lot.

History: (if a newborn, what there human life was like, if pretty old vampire, more focus on vampire life. Humans and werewolves, most significant time in characters life. 4 paragraphs, 5-6 sentences each)

Her human life was around the American Revolution (like Garrett), and she was a Patriot. She spent a lot of time convincing people to join the cause, which was a foreshadowing of her talent. Eleazar was still working for the Volturi then, and found her. He sensed that she would have a powerful talent, so the Volturi bit her and she joined them. She's spent most of her immortal life with the Volturi, working for them and making their followers bond to them. But Aro and Caius let her wander a lot and she has more freedom, because they are terrified of losing her loyalty and consequently a lot of other vampires'. She likes to wander around a lot.

She has more bite marks from vampire attacks than normal because of her habit of stalking vampires to play with their emotions. She's gotten attacked by vampires mad at her, but she can defend herself fine.

Edward actually really dislikes Chelsea. A while ago she tried to make him love Tanya, which irritated him. But Chelsea is very intrigued by the fact that she can't loosen the bond between him and Bella. She might pay his family a visit soon, if only to satisfy her curiosity . . . or perhaps even wreak some revenge on them. How does her power affect werewolves? She's curious.

RP Sample: (at least 4 paragraphs, and please do it in the third person)

"But I thought you loved me!" the human girl wailed through the phone.

Chelsea was crouched in the human's apartment attic, but her superior vampire hearing meant that she could hear every word quite clearly. She could even make out the boyfriend's--er, former boyfriend's--words through the phone. He was breaking up with the girl, of course.

"Why would you stop loving me?" the girl cried.

because of me, Chelsea thought. It had taken mere minutes for Chelsea to loosen the boy's attachment to his girlfriend, make him despise her completely and decide to end the relationship.

"I can't live without you!" were the girl's last words before she hung up the phone.

Chelsea smiled, revealing white, venom-coated teeth. Perfect.

Chelsea soundlessly made her way down to the girl's living room, where she was sobbing her heart out. The smell of sweet blood filled Chelsea's nostrils. She was thirsty, dangit! And this girl smelled delicious. Chelsea pounced. But she didn't bite. Not yet. She just knocked the girl out.

A few minutes later, Chelsea was placing the girl's bloodless body in the river. She had drunk her dry.

It wouldn't take long for some innocent passerby to find the body, take it to the police, who would identify it. Everyone would assume that the poor girl had flung herself into the river. Suicide. A broken heart.

No one would suspect that a vampire had planned the entire thing to sate her thirst. It was one of the Volturi's rules that their prey had to disappear in a realistic way, so that vampires' existence wouldn't be revealed. Chelsea followed this rule obediently. And had fun using her talent at the same time.

A few days later, the body had been identified, the funeral arranged. The boyfriend was dressed in black. He did feel some remorse, though of course felt no love for the dead girl. Thanks to Chelsea.

As the girl's father read the eulogy, the girl's friends staring at the casket, Chelsea waited and watched.

She mentally reached out with her power. She willed the boyfriend to feel love for the dead girl. To wish that he could be with her always. To love her again.

Like magic, the boy started crying. Everyone stared and started crying as well.

"It's all my fault. I should be dead too," the boyfriend cried.

Perfect. Chelsea smiled again. This boy smelled delicious too.

The boyfriend somehow managed to get home, where Chelsea was waiting. She quickly rendered him unconscious, carried him to the same river where his dead love had met her fate. She dumped his body in the river as well once she had finished drinking.

The humans would think it terribly romantic. Almost like Romeo and Juliet. The girlfriend had died of a broken heart for this boy. And the boy had died of remorse for his dead love.

It was just hilarious for Chelsea, though. And delicious, too.
